Corporate worship at Grace Baptist West Asheville begins Sunday morning at 10:45am.
The environment of Grace Baptist is mostly casual. So, simply put, come as you are.
In our gatherings we: 1. Read the Bible 2. Preach the Bible 3. Pray the Bible 4. Sing the Bible 5. See the Bible. We believe that our services should form us together into the likeness of Christ, should unite us together as a faith-family, and should represent the rich diversity of which the Gospel message is intended.
At Grace Baptist, our sermons focus on biblical exposition so we can hear what God has to say rather than man.
Our worship music emphasizes corporate singing while our liturgy emphasizes revelation and response through the themes that correspond to the Gospel story (God/Creation; Depravity of Man/Fall; Redemption/Atonement; Reconciliation/Glorification) and the biblical responses to those themes (Adoration/Praise, Confession, Assurance of Pardon, Thanksgiving, Benediction/Sending). Our worship ministry is made up of volunteers who faithfully serve our church.
While the entire family is invited to corporate worship, we also have childcare on Sundays for ages newborn to four during our corporate gatherings at 10:45am. We emphasize the safety of all children, serving parents who know their children best, and teaching the Word of God to children in our care.
