Leadership bios

Kyle Roach serves as the Executive Pastor for Grace Baptist West Asheville. He earned his Bachelors in Public Relations from West Virginia University and Masters of Divinity in Biblical Counseling from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Along with his executive duties, he provides counseling and serves with his wife, Paige, in Grace’s Student Ministries. Kyle and Paige were married in 2007 and have two boys, Owen and Ethan. 

Kyle believes there is no greater privilege than to walk alongside someone during their most difficult times in life. With over fifteen years of counseling experience, he is still in awe of the way God works in people’s lives and how the Word of God is truly sufficient in both life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3-4). Though a transplant to Asheville, being born and raised in West Virginia, he feels a kindred spirit with the Appalachian culture of Western North Carolina. He enjoys the outdoors, sports, fishing, building things, and spending time with family and friends.
